Borrower's Eligibility Criteria

Must be gainfully employed or in profitable business for the past two (2) years, with a minimum gross monthly income of P40,000

Loan amount

P500,000 up to a maximum of P10 Million (or 80% of *net selling price of an Registered project)

* the Registered project of Developers with special housing loan arrangement with SBA

Collateral Documents
  • For Registered Projects
    • Endorsement Letter of Computation Sheet or Contract to Sell from developer with contract price and description of unit indicated thereon.
  • For Non-Registered Projects
    • Clear Copy of Pwner’s Duplicate Copy of TCT/CCT
    • Lot Plan / Vicinity Map
    • Photocopies of tax declaration on land & building
  • Additional Documents for Construction Loan
    • Building Plan (complete set)
    • Bill of materials/specifications/cost estimates
Loan Term

You may pay your housing loan up to 20 years depending on your collateral.

Interest rate Chose from any of our low rates fixed for 1 and 5 years.
Payment Convenience

You can enrol in our Automatic Debit Arrangement (ADA) or via issuance  of Post Dated Checks (PDCs)

Turnaround Response Upon SBA Real Estate Loan’s receipt of your application form, you will  receive feedback within 24 hours (for Metro Manila based applicants)
